My deepest condolences to the family and friends. God comfort us and give us the courage to bear our pain. He does so mainly through his Word, the Bible, and through the gift of prayer. Paul tells us that God lovingly gives us His Word, so that through the comfort from the Scriptures we might have hope. Additionally, through heartfelt prayers, we can come to experience the peace of God that excels all thought. Roman 15:4; Phil 4:7. Visit JW.org.

John 5:28-29: Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment. Jesus Christ resurrected many people in bible times, and he promise to do it again.

All things, therefore, that you want men to do to you, you also must do to them. This, in fact, is what the Law and the Prophets mean.

To the family,
My condolences to the loss of your love one. I know it is hard to deal with this grief-stricken pain. But God, whose name is Jehovah, stated in his word the Bible that “death will be no more”. (Psalms 83:18, 1 Timothy 3:16, Revelation 21:4). Also, his son, Jesus Christ, assured us at John 5:28,29: “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment”. So, rest assured, you will be able to see your love one again.
I’ve attached a link to one of our tracts from our website, jw.org. The tract asks this question, “Can the Dead Really Live Again?” It has wonderful scriptural encouragement that will help from God’s word.

Again, my sincerest condolences,

J. Bryant

2 Corinthians 1:3,4 gives us the assurance that "the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies" is "the God of all comfort" and he "comforts us in all our trials". Please accept my sincere condolences. Always remember God loves you and he cares for you! (Psalm 36:7; 1 Peter 5:7)

My sympathy goes out to you and your family. These times can be very difficult. God's words found in Psalms 34:18 offers this comforting promise…”Jehovah (God’s name as recorded in Psalms 83:18) is close to the brokenhearted; He save those who are crushed in spirit.” May Jehovah be a source of comfort for you and your family. I’m enclosing a link (or visit jw.org) to where you and your family could find continued comfort as well as the opportunity to see what God’s plans are for the future which offer hope for all of humankind.

John 5:25 Most truly I say to you, the hour is coming, and it is now, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who have paid attention will live. John 6:51 I am the living bread that came down from heaven if anyone eats of this bread he will live forever, and for a fact, the bread that I will give is my flesh in behalf of the life of the world.

To the family, I am sorry for your loss. While I did not know Ms. Mckiver personally, I do know the pain of losing someone in death. What helped my family is the Bible's positive message of hope. In it, our Heavenly Father assures us of his loving support in difficult circumstances, and he promises to reunite us with our dear loved ones (2 Corinthians 1:3,4 and John 5:28,29). In the days ahead, may these thoughts bring you comfort. For more comforting thoughts, please visit jw.org. Take care.

Sorry for your loss. God promises at John 5:28,29 that we can see our loved ones again. May the God of all comfort be with your family during your time of need. 2 Cor 1:3,4

To the family and friends,

I am very sorry to hear of the loss of your loved one.
The Bible gives us hope that we will be reunited with our loved ones. Isaiah 26:19 says: " Your dead will live. My corpses will rise up. Awake and shout joyfully, You residents in the dust! For your dew is as the dew of the morning, And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life."
Until that time God can give us comfort. The Bible gives God's promise at 2 Corinthians 1:3,4 which says: " Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God."
If you would like free Bible studies to bring you comfort, please ask any one of Jehovah's Witnesses to make arrangements.

Dear Family, Please accept my sincere condolences on the loss of your loved one. During this most difficult time of mourning and grieving your loss may you be comforted beyond measure as you read God's Word the Bible. The time will soon come when death will be no more. (Isaiah 25:8) By means of a resurrection to life many who have died will live again. (Acts 9:36-41) May you have the utmost confidence in all that God promises. (Titus 1:2)

It seems unfair that death should have the power to take away someone we love. When it happens the thought of never again being able to talk, laugh, comfort, or hold your loved one again can be devastating. My condolences go out to the family. As you prepare to lay your loved one to rest, may you can find comfort from your Bibles at Nahum 1:7. God is a stronghold for the distressed.
