William Lawerence Miller

Mr. William Lawerence Miller, age 72 of 237 Masonic St., Pittsboro, NC passed on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at UNC Hospitals, Chapel Hill, NC.

Mr. William Lawerence Miller "Big Red" as they called him was born January 26,1946 to the late Mattie Lee Moffitt and Paul Camel Miller.

He was know for helping the community. He worked for the Town of Pittsboro as a supervisor for 15 years. He also worked at This End Up until it closed. He also did his plumbing, which he loved until his health declined.

Lawerence loved doing God's work. He was a faithful member of First Baptist Missionary Church in Pittsboro, N.C

Lawrence was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers: Clyde T. Miller, James Miller and Harvey Miller;  and a sister, Bettie Miller.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Laura Miller of Siler City, NC; his son William Lawerence Miller Jr. (Sam) of Siler City, NC; two daughters Aletha Miller (Lisa) of Pittsboro, NC and Monica Miller of Siler City, NC; a brother: Paul F. Miller (Gwen) of Randleman, NC; two grandchildren: Jerreal Burton and Donte Cobb; one great grandson: Jacques Burton and a host of other relatives and friends.
