Mr. William Jeffery Brown, age 61 of Sanford, North Carolina entered eternal rest on Friday, October 4, 2024, at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst, NC.

William Jeffery Brown was born on July 23, 1963, in Sanford, NC to the late Betty Lou Worthy Brown and the late Bobby Lorraine Brown.

He attended Central Carolina Technical College and graduated in 1981.

He worked for Davenport for twenty years and then Pilgrim’s Pride since 2009.

William was a good husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. He loved playing baseball, softball, and bowling. He always had a beautiful smile and personality.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bobby and Betty Brown; paternal and maternal grandparents; two aunts, one uncle; one niece; one nephew; and a bonus daughter, Shamyla Jennings.

William leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Charmaine Brown; two sons, Jeffery Jennings (Heather) and Raymond Brown (Kiamesha); one stepson, Nehemiah; one stepdaughter; three bonus daughters, Kyona, Tiffany, Tamieka, Marquita; two sisters, Sheron Brown and Wilhelmina Robinson (Donnie); two brothers, Bobby Brown Jr. (Annie) and Ricky Brown (Diana); two aunts, Audrey Baker and Linda Johnson; one uncle, Le Andrew Brown; four grandchildren, Tylan, Kayon, Akila, and Alisha; six step grandchildren, Ryan (Destiny), Kaley (Davonte), Myles Calieghann, DeJay, Zaye; eight greatgrandchildren; two god-daughters, Shanay Murchison and Carla Myers; three bonus sisters, Rosalind (James), Lisa (Linton), and Cynthia; father in law, Clayton Person; special brother, Jeff Davis (Edna) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
