Wallace Lee Obituary

Mr. Wallace Willard Lee, age 72 of 995 Gum Springs Church Rd., Moncure, NC passed on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at his residence.

Wallace Willard Lee was born on August 27, 1947. He was the fourth child of Viola Jacobs Lee and Russell Daniel Lee.

He graduated from Horton High School in 1965 and joined the army in 1966. After serving in the Army he moved to Washington, D.C. where he worked for the United States Postal Service and later worked until retirement as a D.C. Correctional Officer. He loved riding his motor cycle and had been a member of the Down and Dirty Motor Cycle Club.

Wallace was preceded in death by his parents Viola and Russell Lee and his brothers Phillip David Lee and Daniel Byron Lee.

He leaves to mourn his passing his wife Louise Delynda Gross, his son Thomas Russell Lee, his daughter Angela Denise French, two sisters, Mary Parker Revel and Elizabeth Lee Alston (Kenneth), one brother, Curtis Alan Lee, two grandchildren, Damani Daniel Lee and Francine Queen Logan, two sisters-in-law Felicia Lee and Cynthia Gross Frost, his nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of family and friends.

It was Mr. Lee's request that he have no service.
