Terrel Antwon McGee

Mr. Terrel Antwon McGee, age 26, of Spring Lake, NC entered into eternal rest on Thursday, September 7, 2023, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Terrel Antwon McGee was born on April 15, 1997, to Jacquelyn Diane McGee Brittain and Jeffrey Dean Edwards of Sanford, North Carolina. He transitioned home on September 7, 2023.

Terrel was a fun, loving, kind spirit. He was a man of few words, but if he told you he loved you he meant it. His smile and humor were infectious and like no other. He loved fishing, football, skateboarding, and riding dirt bikes and ATVs. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and chilling at the house.

Terrel received his education from Sampson County School System where he was a star athlete. He worked as a forklift operator at Pentair, in Sanford.

In admiration and love, we bid farewell to a beloved son, brother, and uncle.

He leaves to cherish his memories mother, Jacquelyn Diane McGee Brittain of Spring Lake, NC; father, Jeffrey Dean Edwards of Sanford, NC; brothers, Daniel McGee of Sanford, NC, Brian Yarborough of Raleigh, NC, and Jeffrey Edwards Jr.; sisters: Jaslyn Walker (Jermaine) of Fuquay, NC, Natalie McGee (Carl) of Lillington, NC, Ahlishyah Heck (Tony) of Broadway, NC, Dinetta Singletary, and Carlin McNeill; special friends, Aniyah Henry (Girlfriend), Larry Blanks, and Juane Summers, and a host niece, nephews, loved ones, and friends.

Preceding him in death were his grandfather, Willie Lee McGee; his grandmother, Margaret Virginia Heck McGee, and Daryl Antonio Buie.
