Tammy Nuwanda Kay (Moore) Rone

Mrs. Tammy Nuwanda Kay Rone, age 50 of Pittsboro, NC transitioned into eternal rest on Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at UNC Hospice Home, Pittsboro, NC.

On Wednesday evening, January 6, 2021, God touched the soul of Mrs. Tammy Rone, rescuing her from labor to reward. She was the daughter of Bernice and Jaqueline Moore.  Tammy was born on September 27, 1970, in Orange County, North Carolina.

Tammy was educated through the Chatham County School System and later attended Central Carolina Community College in Sanford, NC.

She was employed for 18 years by UNC- Hospital in the Health Information Management Dept., as an Operation Specialist Release of Information.

Tammy attended Alston Chapel United Holy Church early in life.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her parents, Bernice and Jaqueline Neal Moore, a devoted and loving husband of 28 years, Henry Louis Rone (Sam), sister, Tiffany Moore, several uncles, aunts, six sisters-in-law, three brothers-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews family, and friends.

The family will not be receiving family and friends at the home due to COVID19 precautions.  Thank you in advance for your understanding.
