Sherri Erica Feaster

Ms. Sherri Erica Feaster, age 50, of Sanford, NC transitioned into eternal rest on Monday, March 27, 2023, at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill, NC.

Our Beautiful Angel, Ms. Sherri Erica Feaster, age 50, was born on May 15, 1972, in Frankfurt, Germany, to Ernest Ray Feaster and Merilyn Ann Feaster, and transitioned into eternal rest on Monday, March 27, 2023, at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill, NC. She gained her wings with her loved ones by her side.

"She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future." Proverbs 31:25

Sherri was a 1990 graduate of Lee Senior High School. Thereafter, she earned her CNA certification and wholeheartedly cared for many lovely souls. As she continued her journey throughout her life, she obtained an Associate in Arts (A.A.) degree from Wake Technical Community College (2010) and a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree (cum laude) from North Carolina Central University (Eagle Pride, 2014).

Sherri truly lived life to the fullest and loved everyone she met unconditionally. She had an affectionate smile that was unforgettable and always had time to answer a question or solve a problem, no matter how small. She loved to praise God, write poetry, explore different cuisines, watch cartoons (Charlie Brown), play board games (Scrabble), and enjoy spending time laughing and talking with family and friends.

Sherri, A Woman of God, was a dedicated member at Faith, Victory, and Freedom Cathedral Ministries (FVF), where she praised the Lord endlessly. She will be dearly missed by her loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Ray Banard Feaster; her grandparents, Waddell Feaster, Nancy Gunter Feaster, Albert Craven, and Doris Garner Craven.

Gone But Not Forgotten, Sherri leaves to cherish her beautiful memories: her loving parents, Ernest and Merilyn Feaster, Sanford, NC; sister, Demetrial "Dee" Feaster, Sanford, NC; nieces: Micandria Feaster, Jacksonville, Florida, and Brittanica Feaster, Sanford, NC; nephew: Seth Feaster, Longwood, NC; sister-in-law: Karen Feaster, Longwood, NC; aunts: Deborah "Punkin" Harrison, Amelia Court House, VA, Geraldine "Geri" Feaster-Betha, Upper Marlboro, MD and Fannie Feaster, Greensboro, NC; and a host of loving family and friends.
