Sharon Denice Neal

Sharon Denice Neal, age 59 of 1105 Walden St., Sanford, NC transitioned into eternal rest on Monday, August 10, 2020 at her residence. 

Sharon Denice Neal was born October 12, 1960 to David Neal, Sr. and Willie Mae Neal.  She was a loving mother and grandmother.  Sharon graduated from Sanford Central High School.  She was a long time employee of W. Koury Company and was also employed at Bojangles until her parents fell into bad health.  Sharon was a caretaker to them until she became ill.  She was also a loving sister.  She will be missed.

Sharon was preceded in death by her mother, Willie Mae Neal and two brothers, Rufus Neal and David Neal, Jr.

She leaves to cherish her memories:  her daughter, Whittney Wilkerson and her granddaughter, Dynasty Wilkerson, who held a special place in her heart.  She leaves her father, David Neal, Sr., four brothers: Eddie Neal, Jerome McLean (Danielle), both of Sanford, Willie David Neal and Walter Neal, both of Georgia; two sisters, Cathy Neal, and Lula Neal, both of Sanford, NC; three aunts, Inell Tucker, Diane Martin, and Alberta Williams; one uncle, Dennis Martin, Sr. (Sharon) and a host of nephews, nieces and many friends that she loved very much.

The family will be receiving friends at the home of her daughter, Whittney at 121 Thornwood Loop, Sanford, NC.
