Ruby Geraldine (Johnson) Fox

Ruby Geraldine Fox, age 93 of 805 Harkey Road, Sanford, NC passed on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at her residence.

Mrs. Ruby G. Fox daughter of the late Buck and Liner Johnson was born on March 22, 1926 in Warsaw, North Carolina and departed this life on March 14, 2020 in  Sanford, North Carolina.

She was a member of New Zion Church in Sanford, North Carolina and was a faithful member until her health declined.

She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was licensed as an LPN in 1959.

Mrs. Fox was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Wilson Fox; a daughter, the late Mrs. Lina Beck and granddaughter, Tyrea “Buttons” Wilson.

Surviving to cherish her memories: her children, Ms. Dianna Donaldson of Greensboro, North Carolina and Mr. Gerald Fox (Carol) of Philadelphia;   a brother, Mr. Sim Bowden (Judy); ten grandchildren, several great grandchildren as well as great, great grand’s,; special people: Lisa Allen and Arlene Johnson both of Sanford, NC and a host of friends and relatives.
