Mr. Ronnie Levern Pulley, age 58 of Sanford, North Carolina transitioned into eternal rest on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at Central Carolina Hospital.
Ronnie was born May 11th 1962, in Sanford NC. The son of Lonnie and Cleo Pulley
Ronnie also known as “Red” grew up in Sanford NC. He went to Sanford High to where he took an early liking to auto restoration and mechanics. Red was very family orientated and you could depend on him to arrive first at any family event. He was very protective over his family and would call each of them daily to ask “You okay, anybody messing with you?” He was a man of a few choice words, but when he spoke you knew he said what he meant and meant what he said. You could always depend on Red to be the life of the party and he had a special dance to prove it. He was kind with a heart of gold and always willing to help no matter how big or small. Everybody in Sanford has had Red work on their vehicle at some point and time. He will be missed by all and will remain in our hearts forever.
Ronnie was preceded in death by Cleo Pulley, mother, and Lonnie Pulley Jr., brother.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his son, Jalik Johnson, Sanford, NC and daughter, Jaidyn Pulley, Fayetteville, NC; his father, Lonnie Pulley Sr., Sanford, NC, Larry Pulley of Maury, NC, Dolinda Pulley of Sanford, NC, Wendy Pulley, Miami, FL, Randy Pulley (Gidget), Sanford, NC, Ginger Pulley (Terry), Sanford, NC and Tracy Pulley, Raleigh, NC; a very special niece that went above and beyond for him, Bianca Crump, Sanford NC; special cousins, Pamela Martin, Sanford, NC and Miriam Hill (Jimmy), Maysville NC; and his road dog “ Booga”, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends that meant the world to him.
