Robert Junior Alston

Mr. Robert Junior Alston, age 65 of Augusta, GA (formerly of Pittsboro, NC) transitioned into eternal rest at Augusta University Medical Center of Augusta, GA.

MSG Robert Junior Alston, was born July 2, 1954 to the late Thomas Milliken and Edna M. Alston. He departed this life on June 11, 2020 at MCG hospital in Augusta Georgia.

He was preceded in death by his son, Christie Lee McKinney; mother and father.

Robert was united in marriage to Roxann McKinney, to this Union was born Michael McKinney, Robert Junior, Jessica, Debbie M. of North Carolina, Jasmine R., Joseph R. Lee Alston of August, Georgia.

He leaves to cherish his memories his daughters, Debbie McKinney of Pittsboro, NC, Jessica Chiree Alston of Durham, NC and Jasmine Alston of Augusta, GA, sons, Micheal McKinney of Siler City, NC, Robert Junior Alston of Burlington, NC, and Robert Joseph Lee Alston, both of Augusta, GA; three sisters, Jeanette D. Alston of Siler City, NC, Geraldine Davis o Siler City, NC and Faydene Alston of Snow Camp, NC, three brothers, David McSwain of Siler City, NC, Earl McSwain of Siler City, NC, and host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

The family will be receiving friends at the home of his daughter at 215 Evie Lynn Rd., Pittsboro, NC
