Racheal Vignualt Flow, 39, of Sanford, North Carolina, entered eternal rest on January 14, 2026. Born on February 28, 1986, in Durham, Racheal spent her early childhood in Raleigh before moving to Sanford at the age of 13. Sanford became more than a hometown — it became the soil where her roots grew deep and her story unfolded.

A proud graduate of Lee Senior High School, Class of 2005, Racheal carried both creativity and determination wherever she went. She had a natural gift for hairstyling which she inherited and learned from her grandmother, Elizabeth Knight, one of the most influential leaders in Cosmetology — not just shaping hair, but restoring confidence, lifting spirits, and helping others see their beauty. Her presence was warm, her smile unforgettable, and her laugh contagious. She enjoyed life’s simple pleasures, including time spent at Buffalo Wild Wings, where laughter and love filled the table.

Racheal was the daughter of a visionary. After the passing of her father, Michael Flow, in 2014, she chose not to let his legacy fade. Instead, she honored it. Inspired by his desktop publishing company, *Picture Me Rolling*, she built upon his vision and made it her own. Through “Picture Me Rolling,” Racheal created flyers, promoted events, and shared inspiration that connected people and brought ideas to life. In doing so, she carried her father’s dream forward — proof that legacy does not end, it evolves.

In 2016, a car accident changed the course of her life, leaving her paralyzed. But it did not break her spirit. Even in the face of unimaginable challenges, Racheal showed what true strength looks like. She endured. She adapted. She continued to love. Her resilience became her testimony, and her courage spoke louder than her circumstances ever could.

Above all, Racheal was a devoted mother. Her two children, Tyone and Mrycal, were her heart walking outside of her body — her purpose, her pride, and her greatest joy. One of her most precious blessings was having the opportunity to meet her beautiful granddaughter, Mei’lani, a gift of love through her daughter Mrycal. That moment added another branch to her legacy — a living reminder that love continues beyond generations.

She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Flow.

She leaves behind her loving mother, CeCe Knight; her devoted brother, Tarell Flow; her beloved children Tyone and Mrycal, her cherished granddaughter Mei’lani, and a community of family and friends whose lives are forever marked by her presence.

A celebration of her life was held on February 6, 2026, at Knotts Funeral Home.

Racheal’s life was a story of love, legacy, resilience, and light. Though her earthly journey has ended, her impact remains — in the hearts she strengthened, in the beauty she created, and in the generations, she helped shape.

She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
