She was married to the late Samuel Covington and to that union was born one daughter, Myra Lynne.
She grew up and remained a faithful member in Ward Memorial Church.
She was faithful in attending Sunday School, morning worship, and Nelzie Toomer Missionary Circle. She was very dedicated to her faith and no limit to her serving. She loved God and her church family.
She worked as an inspector for the U.S. Government until her retirement.
She was pleasant and loving to all. Her family was her top priority, she was the Matriach, and served that position well. She loved her family.
