Mr. Jonathan Lavelle Brown, age 51 of Siler City NC, departed from his earthly home to reside in his final home with Jesus, on June 8, 2024, at Chatham Hospital in Siler City NC.
Jonathan (John John) AKA "JB" was born August 15, 1972, to Rose Brown Goldston and Joseph Thomas Smith (deceased) of Sanford NC

Jonathan was educated in Chatham County Schools. He was always a fun-loving, kind-hearted person to be around, and always had lots of friends.

His Mother was his pride and joy, and their bond was very concrete. We can say these words, could best describe "JB". "If I can help someone as I pass along the way, then my living was not in vain".

JB was preceded in death by his nephew Thaj, his uncle Alvin Williams, his aunts Veonia Alston, And Johnnie Mae 

Jonathan leaves to cherish his precious memories, his Mother (Rose) of the home, his sisters Tabatha Reed (Anthony) of Sanford, and Tanisha C. Petterson (Robert), his brothers Patrick and Rodney Clegg of Sanford, NC, nephews Joshua, and Xavier and niece Tierra Brown, aunts, Mattie Jean Fox (Hampton), Denise Williams and Linda Smith. Uncles Dennis Brown (Pansy), Bennie Lee Smith, Uncle Grady Alston, and Uncle Monroe, special cousins, Pamela Alston and Melody Goldston. A Special Friend, Tammy Parramore Siler, Bonus Nieces, nephews and God Children, Ta'mon P. Nylah S., Demmi P., Mon'ta P.,Ka'Juan S. Seirra E., Ivan S., Amaya F., a childhood friend, James Siler, and daily check-in friends, Hosea V. and Scott B and a host of other relatives and friends.
