John Edward Blue, age 60 of 343 Birchard Rd., Sanford, NC passed on Sunday, November 18, 2018 at Central Carolina Hospital.
John Edward Blue was born on September 24, 1958. He departed this world on Sunday, November 18, 2018. He was a kind, quiet person who loved his kids and family.
John attended Lee County High School. He was a member of Greater Zion Holy Temple Church.
He was preceded in death by his father, Willie Blue.
John leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Glenda Ward Blue; two daughters, Crystal Cherry and Lakreisha Pickens; parents, Emma Reaves; step father, W.T. Reaves; three grandchildren: Jaques Pickens, Zai’ah Boykins and Zaryiah Alston; two sisters, Barbara Worthy and Carolyn Mitchell; two step sisters; three step brothers, two brothers-in-law, Richard Worthy and Frank Mitchell and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
