Pastor James Weldon Clark entered eternal rest on Saturday, June 6, 2020. He was born April 10, 1952, to Walter Weldon Clark and Mary Magdalene Campbell Clark in Hoke County, North Carolina. James received his education at Seventy First High School, Fayetteville, NC. He received his Chaplain and Bachelor of Divinity Degree from Carolina College of Biblical Studies, Fayetteville, North Carolina. He began conducting a home-based Bible study group, which rapidly grew into what is now known Kingdom Builders of Christ Ministries.
James worked many jobs in his lifetime; however, using his hands to build was a trade that he loved the most. He was employed by Bread of Life Ministries in Sanford, North Carolina. Kingdom Builders of Christ Ministries has partnered with Bread of Life Ministries for several years, servicing the Sanford community. James was a mentor to many, and his legacy lives on through each life he touched.
James was preceded in death by his parents: Walter Weldon and Mary Magdalene Campbell Clark and sister, Mary Louise King.
James leaves to cherish his fond memories his beloved wife, Pasty Jamerson-Clark; daughters, Tameko Clark and Mary Jamerson; seven grandchildren: Shonterio, Jamie, Rufus, Shakiya, Geovanni, Jameca, and Morgan; five great grandchildren: Caden, Chase, Chanel, Kyler and Cameron; three brothers: John Campbell, Joseph Clark, and Weldon (Pamela) Clark; sister-in-Law: Druscilla Walker (Greg); Brothers-in-laws: Scott Woodard, William Richards and a host a loving host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
