Harvey Tart Obituary

Harvey Lee Tart, age 72 of Sanford, North Carolina, transitioned into eternal rest on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at Central Carolina Hospital.

Harvey Lee Tart was known and loved by many. He always had a smile and a kind word for all he met. He was a member of Christian Provision Ministries of Sanford, NC where he served under the leadership of Bishop Charles and Pastor Patti Mellette.

He worked and retired from Welford Harris Ford Dealership, Siler City, NC. His favorite past time was watching movies. Additionally, he loved detailing cars and he took great pleasure in seeing the results of his work.

Harvey Lee Tart was preceded in death by his parents, Mac and Luzetta Tart and brother, Mac Tart Jr.

He is survived by his wife, Gloria Tart of Sanford; daughter, Pam Tart of Whitesville, NC; sister, Maxine Tart of Chadbourn, NC; brother, Samuel Tart of Siler City, NC and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and relatives.
