Gerald Raynard Rosemond

Mr. Gerald Raynard Rosemond, age 60 of Winston Salem, NC transitioned to eternal rest on Saturday, August 3, 2024, at the SECU Jim and Betsy Bryant Hospice Home in Pittsboro, NC.

As a youth, Gearld was very athletic, and he loved to play football. After high school, he enlisted in the United States Army.

He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends listening to music and dancing, Gearld had a smile and a laugh that would light up the room.

Gearld was preceded in death by his mother, Paulette Rosemond.

He leaves to cherish his fond memories, one daughter, Valencia Rosemond; three stepchildren, Anthony Thompson, Tonya, and Sharell Pettway; two grandchildren, Amilliyana and Zyir Thompson; one sister-in-law, Beverly (Rodney) Diggs and long lifetime special friend, Joyce Rosemond and a host of relatives and friends.
