Elizabeth (Liz) Coe Johnson, age 63 of Sanford, NC departed earth to go rejoice with the Lord, Thursday, November 5, 2020, at Harnett Health Hospital.

Elizabeth was born on August 14, 1957, in South Bend, IN, the daughter of Edward and Patricia Coe.

Liz was a wonderful sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved going to church, playing with her grandchildren, and shopping with her sister-in-law Lib who was also her best friend. She was always a phone call away when her children needed per and help anyone she could. She had a heart of gold.

Liz was preceded in death by father; Edward Coe, mother; Patricia Coe, daughter; Elizabeth Renee Gibson, great-grandson; Jackson Anthony and her loving husband; Richard Johnson.

Liz leaves to cherish her memories, the son, Frankey Gibson, (Chris) of Fremont, IN, daughters; Debbie Gibson of Clearwater, FL, and Stacy Barnes (Michael) of Johnsonville, NC; son, Doug Gibson (Donna) of Louisburg, NC; brother, Ora Edward Coe (Nancy) of Portsmouth, VA; sixteen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and her sister-in-law and best friend, “Lib Fallen.
