Donald Eugene Andrews, age 66 of 229 Palace Green Lane, Sanford, NC, transitioned into eternal rest Tuesday, September 15, 2020, at Cape Fear Medical Center, Fayetteville, NC 28304.

Donald Eugene Andrews was born on April 7, 1954, in Dallas, Texas. He was called to eternal life on September 15, 2020, at Cape Fear Medical   Center, Fayetteville, NC. Donald was the son of Ms. Leola Moulton and the late Mr. Willie J. Gulley. 

Donald served his country faithfully for 22 years and he retired as a Sergeant First Class, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Additionally, Donald worked and retired from J.T. Davenport, Sanford, NC.

Donald was the biggest Dallas Cowboy fan. He always wore his lucky Dallas Cowboy socks during each and every game. Donald was a quiet man who enjoyed spending time with his family.

Preceding Donald in death was his step-father; Willie J. Gulley, son; Kenneth Andrews; grandmother, Lola Mae Hunter, grandfather, Leo Andrews; aunt, Lillie Pettis; uncle, James Lee Andrews; and nephew, Frank "Pookie" Skinner.

He leaves to mourn his cherished memories, his loving wife, Jessica Wilson-Andrews; children, Fredrick Murray, Donald E. Andrews Jr., Brandon Andrews, Dondrey Wilson, and Taniya Wilson; two bonus children, Tyesia Dorsett and Tatyana Wilson; grandchildren, Kyle Murray, Kaila Murray, Destiny Griggs, Naziser Chapman, Michaela Murchison, and Asani Rollins; sister, Earlene Andrews, Carol Cooper (Robert), Cheryl Miller, Robin Gulley, Frances Gulley, and Annie Gulley; brothers, Robert Gulley and Kenneth D. Gulley; brothers-in-law, Larry Smith (Joyce), and Jarvis Jackson (Tammy), Sanford, NC; sisters-in-law; Carla Wilson-Sweat (Charles), Woodbridge, VA and Belinda Cotton (Johnathan) Winston Salem, NC; mother-in-law; Cinda Wilson; father-in-law; the late Donnie Hue Smith and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
