Carlos Maurice Clemons was born April 25,1973 in Sanford NC to the late Burbie Clemons and Maggie E. Clemons. Carlos entered eternal peace on Monday November 11, 2024, in Lexington, NC.

Carlos was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend. He loved his family, and he never met a stranger. Carlos loved to go to church and praise the Lord. He also loved to sing, and his favorite song was “I’m On The Right Road Now.”

Carlos grew up in Olivia, NC being the baby of seventeen kids.  He received a certificate from Harnett Central High School in Lillington, NC. In his early years he was employed at Harnett Production in Lillington, NC.  Carlos accepted Christ at an early age while attending Murchison Chapel AME Zion church, and later he continued his Christian journey at New Beginning Independent Church in Cameron, NC.

He was preceded in death by his father Burbie Clemons, five brothers: Patrick, Ronnie, Burbie K, Martin, and Randy Clemons, and one sister Carlon Royal.

Carlos leaves to cherish his precious memories his mother Maggie E. Clemons of Sanford, NC, seven brothers: Herbert, Dennis, James, and Eric of Olivia NC, Anthony of Greensboro NC; Dwaine (Naomi) of Boston Mass, and Wade (Margaret) of Lemon Springs NC.  four sisters: Beathe Williams, Maggie McBryde (Russell), Debra Clemons, and Janice Hardy all of Sanford NC, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
