Bobby Carson Tollerson

Bobby Carson Tollerson, was born on May 21, 1992, in Wake County, NC to Bobby Carson Barnes and Vickie LaMonte Tollerson. He transitioned into eternal rest on Sunday, May 1, 2022 at his residence in Sanford, NC.

“Bob” was raised in the home of his grandparents, Hancy and the late Lonnie Barnes.  He was his grandmother's heart.  He attended Lee County Schools and received his G.E.D. on January 30, 2013, from Central Carolina Community College.  “Bob” was employed with the Arden Company and was recently accepted into CCCC to complete the Data Analytics Course.  

“Bob” was very respectful, a great friend, and a genuine person.  He had a pure heart and would help anyone with their problems before his own.  He always had great faith that things would get better: His words were " Faith, faith, faith you gotta have faith."  With a big smile and infectious laugh, “Bob” always kept positive energy.  He was the playful "Big Cousin" that enjoyed eating, aggravating the babies and children of the family.  If you knew “Bob” then you knew “Peter Rabbit.”  He will be truly missed by all his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Vickie; his paternal grandfather, Lonnie and two aunts Linda Fox and LeiLani Collins.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories, his father, Bobby Barnes (Shelia) of Cleveland, OH; one brother, Javon Tollerson of Raleigh, NC; two sisters, Tamora Tollerson of Sanford, NC, and Cristy Kay Thomas of Warner Robins, GA; paternal grandmother, Hancy Mae Herring Barnes of Sanford, NC, maternal grandmother, Delores (Dell) Clark of Yorktown, VA; two nephews, Brandon Norris II and Markell Norris of Sanford, NC; two uncles, Barry Barnes (Cynthia) of Sanford, NC, and Damon Clark (Leah) of Yorktown, VA; two aunts, Terry Barnes of Sanford, NC and Nancy Barnes of Augusta, GA; his devoted friends, Patrick Murchison and David Cameron both of Sanford, NC;  a special friend, LaKersha Mitchell of Sanford, NC, and a host of other relatives and friends.
