Alvin Lacy Williams

Mr. Alvin Lacy Williams, age 65 of Pittsboro, NC transitioned to eternal rest Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at his residence. 

Alvin Lacy Williams was born to the late Andrew Lacy Matron Williams and Maxine Elizabeth Mills Williams on February 20, 1959, at Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst, NC. He was the fifth of six children.

Alvin was educated in the Moore County School System. He worked numerous jobs during his lifetime. He loved working on cars and was a good mechanic. He also was an avid traveler and loved seeing new places especially the beach.

Alvin leaves to cherish his memory the love of his life, Denise Brown Williams “little mama” of thirty-seven years; a son, Brian Lamont Seymore; three grandchildren, Aaniyah, Brian Jr., and Za'carie Seymore; three sisters, Gloria Lytch (Willie) of Southern Pines, NC, Sharon DeHart of Summerfield, NC, and Sandra Thomas (Randy) of Sanford, NC; three brothers, Clifford Wayne Williams (Patricia) of Cameron, NC, Andrew Williams, Jr. (Kelly) of Columbus, OH, and Terry Robinson (Naomi) of Cameron, NC; two sisters-in-law, Rose Goldston of Siler City, NC and Mattie Jean Fox (Hampton) of Snow Camp, NC; one brother-in-law, Dennis Brown (Estraleta) of Pittsboro, NC; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and many friends.
