Albenia Rice

Ms. Albenia Rice, age 65 of Sanford NC transitioned into eternal rest on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Central Carolina Hospital in Sanford, NC.

She leaves to cherish her memories: one daughter, Chanda Rice of Sanford; one granddaughter, Jameyah Fenderson of Sanford, NC; one sister, Julia Allen of Sanford, NC; three brothers, George Jr., Joe Lewis, and Joseph Rice all of Sanford, NC; She loved all of her nieces and nephews. She was a second mother and helped raise Jabreya McNeill, Darrell Smith, Serenity and Amaris Anderson. She was the grandma, auntie and Nana. She also leaves a special friend, Rufus McNeill and best friend Jackie Austin; two bonus daughters, Michelle Black and Tiara McDougald; she shared a special bond with her nephew, Christopher Garrett and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
