Robert Matthew Snipes

Mr. Robert M. Snipes, age 64 of 1837 Brevard Rd., Graham, NC passed on Thursday, February 14, 2019 at Cone Health Alamance Regional Medical Center, Burlington, NC.

SFC Robert Matthew Snipes was born on February 24, 1954 to Alvia Sellars Snipes and the late Wilbert Snipes.   He attended Orange High School in Hillsborough, NC where he decided to serve for his country in the US Army.  There, he did a long list of missions, met plenty new people and traveled the world.

He leaves to cherish his memories:  his loving and devoted wife, Yvonne Little Snipes; a daughter, Alicia Rosa Snipes; three brothers: Thomas Snipes, Preston Snipes and Henry Snipes all of Chapel Hill, NC; three sisters, Gwyndolyn Marie Snipes of Chapel Hill, NC, Christiana Snipes-Taylor (Marcus) of Mebane, NC and Ella Vernell Roseman (Dr. WD Roseman, Sr.) of Concord, NC. And a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews other family and friends.
