God cares for the brokenhearted; Psalm 34:18 assures us that he is close to them. Psalm 147:3 says: "He heals the brokenhearted; He binds up their wounds". My heart goes out to the family of this beautiful young lady, Mekhia Genese, please accept my sincere condolences. Always remember God loves you and he cares for you! (Psalm 36:7; 1 Peter 5:7) jw.org

My prayers are with your family and we have the confidence that we will see our loved ones again, 1 Thessalonians 4:14 says, “For if we have faith that Jesus died and rose again, so to God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep in death through Jesus. Many condolences to the Gilchrist family.

I am so sorry for your loss. It hurts deeply to hear about the death of such a young person. Reading God's word the Bible will bring comfort to you. I am reminded of a beautiful scripture at 2 Corinthians 1:3,4. In this verse God is called the God of all comfort, once he comforts us, we can comfort others. Almighty God comforts us and gives us a hope of a resurrection. Acts 24:15 states; there is going to be resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous. I know you look forward to welcoming your loving daughter, Mekhia back. May these scriptures bring comfort to your family and may Jehovah bless your family.

Words fail to express the pain of your loss. Please know you have my deepest condolences. While on earth, Jesus shared comfort with his disciples saying: “Lazarus our friend has gone to rest, but I am journeying there to awaken him from sleep.” (John 11:11) He assured us that a resurrection of the dead will take place. He asked Martha: “Do you believe this?” She replied: “Yes, Lord.”—John 11:24-27. John 6:40; Revelation 21:3, 4. I pray that this promise brings you comfort and peace knowing that Mekia is safe in the memory of our Heavenly Father who remembers every detail of her in order to bring her back to you in the resurrection. Loving thoughts and heartfelt prayers are with you. If you need to talk, I am here. Again my deepest condolences.
