Lindsay Bradley

Lindsay Bradley, 83 of119 Lees Point,  Moncure, North Carolina passed on Monday, October 1, 2018 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Lindsay Bradley was born January 20, 1935 in Bremo Bluff, Virginia to the late Willie Sr. and Carolina Bradley.

Lindsay graduated from Fluvana Public School in Virginia, upon graduating he moved to Brooklyn, NY.  Where he met and married Ms. Joan V. Lee and they were united in marriage,  April 18, 1959 and to this union they became proud parents of two sons,  Lindo and Maurice.

Lindsay Bradley was a great husband, father and provider.  He held several jobs as a Supervisor in the manufacturing of goods and services with such companies as Gelfo, Catalina, Jantzen and Sea Breeze until he retired in 1991.  Upon retiring he moved to Moncure, NC.  Lindsay enjoyed working outside and many years he volunteered at Chatham County Fair and assisted wherever help was needed.

Preceding him in passing: his parents: Willie and Caroline Bradley; siblings, Robert, Charles, Russel, Willie Jr., John, Joseph, Leroy and Warren.

He leaves to mourn his loving wife, Joan Lee Bradley of the home; his two sons Lindo (Donna) Bradley of Aldie, Virginia, Maurice (Evelyn) Bradley of Marriottsbille, Maryland; grandchildren, Alana (Raymond) Rhine, Eoin Taylor Bradley, Harold (Alyssa) Dottin; god-daughter, Trinisha Lee Symister; two brothers, Phillip Bradley and Winston Bradley and a host of other relatives and friends.
