Katherine Taylor was born on July 31, 1922 to the late Hudson and Maizene Fogle. She departed this beautiful life on Thursday, September 12, 2019.
Katherine loved God first and then her family and friends. She lived 97 wonderful years! She touched the hearts and changed the lives of everyone she ever met. She loved to travel all over the world. There was no distance she wouldn't travel to be with her family. Katherine had a heart of gold but when she meant business, she meant business but it was all out of love. She was definitely the rock of her family, friends, and community and she will be greatly missed by all. Whenever she would depart she would say "I Love you once, I Love you twice, I Love you next to Jesus Christ. Amen."
Katherine was a very faithful member of the Holy Church of God in Christ in Lillington, NC. She served as the Mother of the church for many years. She was in charge of the Youth program that consisted of any child that she saw and could recruit and carry in her car. She was also the Choir director and the Secretary.
