He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Roberta Alston-Goldston of the home his children, Tabetha Brown-Singinton and John Nathan Brown both of Siler City, N.C; Darrell Fox of Winston-Salem and Kiler Carver of Caroborne, NC; two step-children, Angie Baldwin (Errick) of Hammon Louisiana, Rev. Hubert Alston of Raleigh, NC; nine children; six step grandchildren; three great grandchildren; one brother Charlie Monroe Goldston (Johnnie Mae); one sister, Veonia Alston (Grady) both of Siler City, NC; one sister-in-law Lucille Goldston of Siler City, NC; one foster sister, Mary Trosler of  Greensboro, NC; one Aunt Layula Goldston of Siler NC. And a host of other family and friends.
