Jeffrey Eugene McAuley

Mr. Jeffrey Eugene McAuley age 52 of Sanford, N.C. passed on Friday, December 28, 2018 at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill, N.C..

Our life here upon this earth is just a passing day, we flourish and bloom as the flower of the field then fade away. A beautiful life closed on Friday, December 28, 2018 when Jeffrey Eugene McAuley answered the Heavenly Father's summons. Whereas God will wipe away all tears from our eyes, there shall be no more death, no more sorrow nor pain.

Jeffrey Eugene McAuley was born to Charles Eugene McAuley and Frances Marie James McAuley on March 16, 1966 in Lee County North Carolina. He was educated and graduated in 1984 in the Lee County public school system.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Charles and Frances McAuley and sister, Tammy Brown.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his loving wife, Lolita McAuley; four children, Amil McAuley, Amon McAuley and Aaliyah Massey all of Montezuma, Georgia and Antonio Singletary of Birmingham Alabama; grandson, Kaden Massey of Montezuma, Georgia; a beloved grandmother, Rovina James of Sanford, North Carolina; one brother, Derrick Harris (Naomi) of Sanford, North Carolina; father and mother-in-law, Rev. Gerald and Jelverlyn Cole both of Sanford, North Carolina and a host of uncles, aunts, cousin and friends.

Family will be receiving friends at the home of his mother-in-law Jelverlyn Cole, 778 Greenwood Rd., Sanford, N.C. 27330.
