Donna Ann Dowdy

Ms. Donna Ann Dowdy age 45 of 563 Rosser Pittman Rd., Broadway, N.C., passed on Saturday, December  29, 2018 at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill, N.C.

“DeDe” or “Des” as she was affectionately called by many was born on October 19, 1973 to the late Grover C. Dowdy and Valerie Dowdy. She attended and graduated from Belleville High School, Belleville, NJ. She moved to North Carolina in 2004 with her parents and son. She worked various jobs until her health declined. She was a caring and loving person.

She was preceded in death by her father, Grover C. Dowdy, her brother, Tony Roesch and her grandson, Kyree Senior.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her husband, Garth Senior; her son, Devin M. Senior; her mother, Valerie Dowdy; her grandson, Kyng Senior “whom she had an amazing bond with”; one sister, Chanin Roesch Cherry; one brother, Rich Di Francesco (Tara); mother and father-in-law, Dorothy and Linval Senior; aunts, JoAnne Nahra (Joe) and Diane Ricca (Mark); brother and sisters-in-law, Chris Senior, Sheena Senior and Jean Gunter all of New Jersey; a special niece, Krystal Arroyo, along with a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, other relatives and friends.
