Colette Peterson

Colette Peterson, age 46 of 45 Shady St., Apt. C, Spring Lake, NC passed on Friday, January 25, 2019 at her residence.

Colette Peterson was born May 29, 1972 to Issac Peterson, Sr. and Betty Jane Cope.  She departed her life here on earth on January 25, 2019 at her home.

Colette was educated in the Newark NJ School System and completed her job core in NJ.  Due to her health Colette was not an active  member of a church.  She still was spiritually enlightened and studied the word of God at home with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Darquitta Peterson and one daughter, Darquitta Chanell Peterson.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories: a son, Robin Emery Carter, Jr. of the home; one sister , Bettina Peterson (Norwood Long), Tabor City, NC; two brothers, Issac Peterson, Jr (Sabal), Sanford, NC and Sean Peterson (Theresa), Spring Lake, NC; a best friend and cousin Robert Lee Peterson, Jr. (Tanisha); eight aunts, ten uncles, seven nieces, ten nephews and a host of cousins and other relatives and friends.
