Brenda Joyce McIver, age 54 of 1319 Kenneth Drive, Spring Lake, NC passed on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at Southeastern Hospice House, Lumberton, NC.

Brenda Joyce Johnson McIver, aka “Angie” was born on January 8, 1965 and departed this life on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at Southeastern Hospice House, Lumberton, NC.

She attended Georgetown County Schools in South Carolina. Brenda was married to Mitchell McIver Sr. She loved to read, walk and encourage people. She also loved God and going to church.

Brenda leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Mitchell McIver Sr.; three sons, Stacey McIver of Rockingham, NC, Dominic Johnson and Mitchell McIver Jr., both of Spring Lake, NC; one daughter, Princess McIver; grand-children, Treasure McIver and Christopher Hardwick; mother, Alphateen Singleton Johnson of Murrells Inlet, SC; father, Casey Johnson Sr., of Bronx, NY; brothers and sisters, Nadine Johnson of Murrells Inlet, SC, Sharon Johnson Richardson (Benjamin) of Charlotte, NC, Denise Johnson, of Bronx, NY, Darrell Davis of Troy, NY, Casey Johnson Jr. (Sharon) of Myrtle Beach; father-in-law, William McIver; mother like figure, Aletha Davis; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
