Anthony Edward Robinson Jr., age 35 passed on Wednesday, November, 6, 2019 at Cape Fear Valley Hospital.
Anthony E. Robinson Jr., affectionally known as “‘Tony,” was born on February 14, 1984 in Baltimore Maryland to Brenda Lewis and the late Anthony E. Robinson Sr. He transitioned from his earthly life on November 6, 2019 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, Fayetteville, North Carolina.
Anthony accepted Christ at an early age. He attended Baltimore City public and private schools. He worked several jobs while living in Sanford, NC. Anthony had a warm and loving spirit along with that infectious smile that made you want to smile too and you didn’t know why. He had a love for helping people especially seniors, no matter where he was. He never met a stranger and always had a joke and smile for everyone he met. He blessed so many lives and God blessed him with special lifelong friends. Anthony was an awesome cook for a young man; he could cook almost as good as his mom. He taught his son, “Tony” healthy eating, preached it every day, and made sure grandma stuck to his training, when he was not around. He loved his boys and mom, more than anything in this world.
He leaves to cherish his memories: three children, Anthony Robinson (Sanford), Andrew Robinson (Baltimore), and Ozias McNeil (Sanford); his mother, Brenda Lewis; step-father, Gordon Lewis; two brothers Joseph Dixon (Shana) of Maryland, Antwaun Lee (Jamille) of Maryland, five step-sisters; Gloria Lewis of Charlotte, ChaDanner Davis (Bernard) of Baltimore, Melanie Lewis of Georgia, Lauren Butler (Jean Paul) of Baltimore, Dana Bynoe (Neiland) of Florida, grandmothers; Pasty Lyles of Baltimore, Louise Lewis of Baltimore, four aunts; Barbara Hall of Baltimore, Deborah Hudson of Glen Burnie, Glenda Hudson of Baltimore, Jacqueline Howard of Baltimore; three uncles, Larry Hudson of Baltimore, William Howard of Sanford, Gilbert Lewis of Baltimore, one niece; Aliyah Dixon of Baltimore and three nephews: Daquan Dixon of Maryland, Jashiah Lee of Maryland, Aidyn Lee of Maryland, a host of cousins, and friends. He had one special cousin (Crystal), that he called “cousin” and a very special friend who became like a father to him, Mr. David Edison.
