Mr. Van Ivory Stringfellow

Mr. Van I. Stringfellow, age 73 of 511 McLeod Dr., Sanford, North Carolina passed on Friday, March 23, 2018 at Liberty Commons Nursing & Rehabilitation in Sanford, North Carolina.

Mr. Van Ivory Stringfellow was born June 15th, 1944 to the Late Rosa Lee Vestal and the Late Willie Bee Stringfellow Sr.            

He was preceded in death by: his grandparents, Lula Morrison Lee and Sawyer Lee, two brothers, Willie Stringfellow and John Stringfellow; stepbrother, Quincy Lee Sr., two grandchildren, Erica Brown and Heavynn Chisolm.

He Leaves to cherish wife, Linnie Mae Stringfellow; three daughters, Linda Williams Smith of Greensboro NC, Brenda Stringfellow and Sandra (Ralph) Southerland, all from  Sanford NC; six sons, Donald (Sandra) Stringfellow of Wilmington NC, Glenn Cameron, Van (Betty) Cameron, Dan (Kathreen) Stringfellow, all from Sanford NC, Ted Ray of Fuquay-Varina, NC and John Cameron of Henderson NC, stepbrother, Grant Vestal Jr., twenty two grandchildren, twenty seven great grandchildren, nine sisters-in-law, four brothers-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
