Mr. Ernest Norwood Lee, Jr., age 50 of 2994 Jones Ferry Rd., Pittsboro, NC passed on March 11, 2018 at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill, NC.

Mr. Ernest Norwood Lee, Jr. was born March 19, 1967 to Barbara L. Williams and the late Norwood Lee, Sr. in Siler City, NC. God quietly and peacefully called him home on March 11, 2018. Ernest attended Northwood High School, graduating in 1987. Ernest Jr. was employed at UNC Grounds Department and Saffelle Inc. until his health failed. He was a good hearted person that was loved by all.

He leaves to cherish his memories, two children: Alisha Lee and Arren Lee, both of Pittsboro, NC; two sisters, Cysteese Garrett and Denise Lee, both of Pittsboro, NC; brother, Anthony Powell of Atlanta, GA; aunts, Annie Farrow (George) of Pittsboro, NC, Mamie Seymour (Galento) of Pittsboro, Billie Rogers of Greensboro, NC, Bernice Lee of Carrboro, NC, Eva M. Lee of Moncure, NC; niece, Tphanie Garrett; nephews, Frederick Garrett Jr., Lawrence Small, Tyrell Small and Alex Watson; great nephew, Amedia Small; his best bud, Juan D. “Skeet” Young; and a host of other relatives and friends.
