My family and I would like to express our deepest sympathy over the loss of Chris.
May you find comfort in your loving memories and the warmth of family and friends. A scripture that has uplifted many who have experienced such a loss, is found at Revelation 21:4. There it describes a time when death and pain will be gone forever. We will even see our loved ones again who we have lost in death (John 5:28 & 29). It is our hope that these words bring you a measure of comfort during this difficult time as well. Once again, please accept our condolences as you deal with your loss.

God will sustain you with his "right hand of righteousness" during this difficult time. Isaiah 41:10 says: "Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be anxious, for I am your God. I will fortify you, yes, I will help you, I will really hold on to you with my right hand of righteousness". Isaiah 41:13 I "am grasping your right hand, the One saying to you,...'I will help you'". Please accept my sincere condolences. Always remember God loves you and he cares for you! (Psalm 36:7; 1 Peter 5:7) jw.org

Chris was a very kindhearted, positive person. Coping with the loss of a person as wonderful as Chris isn't going to be easy but know that during this dark time, you're not alone and we all grieve with you.

I hope all the cherished memories will provide a measure of comfort. May the God of Comfort also give you strength. (Revelation 21:3,4 & John 11).

Dear Lisa and family,
We are so sorry to hear about Chris and can hardly find the right words to express our sympathy due to our own sadness. Chris was such a loving person and so active and full of life, which makes it even harder to accept his death. We thank God for the joyful time spent with Chris on Sundays at Roberts Chapel and at our homes.

We all have so many fond memories of Chris that will help us in our grief. We enjoyed each other's company so much and we will miss him dearly. We thank God for allowing Chris to be an angel in our lives. We want you to know that we share in your loss. If there is anything we can do to help you and your family, please do not hesitate to call on us.

With Love and Deep Sorrow,
Mary Cheek and Family

Please accept my sincerest condolences. I grew up with Chris and his siblings; his mother did my hair for as long as I can remember. Death is truly an enemy. It robs us of our loved ones without regard for age, family obligations or all the good we have done with our lives. Sometimes it comes without warning and at other times it follows a lengthy illness. Regardless, it is one of the most painful things we will ever experience in life. I can say from experience that the pain becomes more manageabe with time. I know that Chris was raised in a solid Christian family. I know that you have strong faith that one day you will see him again. So I will leave you with one of the scriptures that brought me comfort during the recent loss of my son-in-law who was only 43 years old. Acts 24:15 says: "There is going to be a resurrection of the righteous and the unrighteous" This is a promise from the God who cannot lie. Love to all of you from me and my family.
